Here's my current rig: Gigabyte Z1 Gaming mobo (X99), i7 6700K cpu, 32 GB DDR 4 PC 3000 Ram (Ripsaw V), AMD RX 480 GPU at 8 GB. Samsung EVo 900 512 GB SSD. Corsair Water cooled, 2K monitor at 1440 mhz. SC runs at 30 plus frames at times and lower at others. On a new server I can get much higher Frames. Game settings are 2K, High quality. everthing else off. All other games I played run almost max settings some run on Max like Battlefront. Should I get a 1080 GPU and stick with that for the next couple of years or wait for the 1080 Ti's to drop in price when new cards come out. Who knows when that will happen tho. Thanks for any input. You all are usually know knowledgable than I, but I do research the tech sites.
