hey guys, i know this is probably beat to death, but any help would be nice! i upgraded to the 4090 and it is almost worse than the 3080 i had specs ryzen 9 5900x CPU gigabyte 4090 GPU 64 GB ram (corsair vengeance pro 4x16GB) 18-22-22-42 3600 can only run at 3200 2TB ssd samsung 980 pro RM1000X PSU asrock b550 phantom gaming a/c mother board i cant get over 25-30 fps even in space in third person it goes up a little. i can get more if i stand in a corner like a bad child. my usage while playing in 4K CPU 5% GPU 80% VRAM 51% RAM 42% FPS 31 all game setting are on high to try to use the gpu more than the cpu. game bar disabled pretty much did all the youtube windows 11 settings been playing this game for years never really had a problem with the 3080 idk if im missing something or if there is some tuning i should do any help would be great thanks guys
