my cpu is not the newest, but i don't want to build a completely new PC yet. Does ist make sense to just replace my old R9 290 with a Vega 64 or 1080ti GPU? i have a 4k screen, so the CPU shouldn't be the bottleneck when i prefer high resolution over high framerate?
