Here's my current stats: Intel Core i5-7600K Kaby Lake @ 3.8 16gb ram GeForce GTX 1080 16gb (HDD is not solid-state) I'm "upgrading" to this: Intel Core i7-7700 Kaby Lake Quad-Core 3.6 GHz Yeah, the clock rate is lower, but from my understanding the i7 is pretty much a must-have, even at the slightly lower clock rate. With Intel discontinuing the Kaby Lake line, and my mobo not supporting 8th gen+ proccessors, I wanted to get the i7 ASAP. Am I just being silly, or will I actually be able to play the game now? If this upgrade won't help, what should I do instead?
