Just want to be sure other Citizens know about this option for their Virpil sticks. I talked to support and they suggested it. I just wanted my left stick to act like a throttle, so it stays where I leave it, but springs back on the roll axis. I completely removed the pitch cam in the left stick, and added a plastic washer to it. So far it's working great, more testing is in order though.
