I have Samsung C34F791WQ 34"curved monitor at 3440 X 1440 resolution with 100Hz refresh. and want to take advantage of all the graphical wonder of SC, but it doesn't make sense to buy a card that's beyond what my system could take advantage of. I'm wondering if the Nvidia RTX3080 would be overkill and I'm waiting to see what AMD comes out with and have hopes for Big Navi providing Nvidia with some competition. It'll be awhile before I do get a new graphics card, but want to get the most bang for the buck Presently my system I built over the course of last year and is: XFX RX580 8gb card Intel i9 9900KF CPU 32gb ram 2 - 1gb ssd
