So I just went out and bought a DP cable to be able to run 60hz on my new 4k but I can't get Star Citizen to run at 60fps when I try to apply v-sync @ 60hz. It drops down to 30fps, which I know right now doesn't really matter as you won't get more than that on the PTU but regardless I'm just curious if it's my 1070 that just isn't powerful enough to handle that alone on a 4k display or if there's something else in play here that I'm not understanding right away. I checked 2650 x 1600 the next resolution down and that runs 60fps when I turn on v-sync. I checked online and it said the 1070 should be able to handle that load, could it be because the monitor is a 42" screen that I'm not able to achieve a 60fps v-sync?
