Last updated 06/10/2017 for v2.6.3 I no longer own an X55 as I have moved on to the X56. But I will try to keep this updated and working. Original posting is here: https://forums.robertsspaceindustries.com/discussion/151256/x55-hotas-profile-for-star-citizen-v2-6-0/p1 Notable features and combination commands: Joystick button 3 will do the following: lock/fire missiles in flight mode, engage quantum drive in quantum targeting mode. SW 1,3,5 on the throttle will slowly increase power to weapons, shields, avionics respectively and then reset all to equal when held for ~2 seconds. SW 6 on the throttle will toggle ESP when tapped, and swap your targeting between lead and lag PIPs when held for 1 second. TGL 4 UP will start/cancel self destruct countdown when held, and eject you when double-tapped. many more dual commands on the toggles. See the image for more information. Download these two files: Star Citizen-X55-X56_V2.6.3-A.pr0 - https://jaredkidd.com/nextcloud/index.php/s/KL5TeFe10cOgj8t X55-xamindar_V2.6.3-A.xml - https://jaredkidd.com/nextcloud/index.php/s/B8JP2Fzy3SZu7tP Place the pr0 file in "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Mad Catz\X-55 Rhino" then right-click rhino icon in system tray and activate profile. Icon should now be green. Place the xml file in "\Cloud Imperium Games\StarCitizen\(Public or Test)\USER\Controls\Mappings". Default Star Citizen installation is now in the Program Files folder I believe. You will also want to save it somewhere else as it can get deleted with patches and when you clear out the USER folder. Launch Star Citizen and in options go to the "Keybinding" section, click "Advanced Controls Customization", and restore default config by selecting "Reset to defaults" before loading this profile. Next, select the "X55-Xamindar_V2.6.3-A" Control Profile. Note: keyboard is keyboard, first Joystick is usually your joystick, and second Joystick is usually your throttle (Joystick (1)). Some people have these reversed. If that is the case, just reset to defaults again and reload the profile making sure to swap the joystick mapping when you select your devices. If that still doesn't work, make sure you unplug all other controllers so you only have your X55 set connected. Mode Switch: Mode 1: Controls are set to the Mode 1 image. For standard flight and combat. Mode 2: Controls are set to the Mode 2 image (strafe and shield controls swapped). For standard flight and combat. Mode 3: Hat 4 on the throttle has been set to navigate the HUD. Press the slider forward to enable freelook and HUD navigation. See Mode 3 image below. SW2,4,6 set to disable/enable primary systems. Toggle 1 and 3 now change power and cooler settings. Everything else is as it is on Mode 1. Note: Hold TGL4 up to enable/disable self destruct, Double-tap it up to eject. Hold TGL4 down to exit seat. Hold energy distribution SW1, 3, or 5 for ~2 seconds to reset the triangle. Hold SW6 for 1 second to toggle reticle mode. Thanks for any and all feedback and hope you enjoy using this! Mode 1: General Flight and Combat Mode: Mode 2: General Flight and Combat Mode - strafe and shield HATs swapped: Mode 3: Ship systems, power and HUD settings: Landing Functions (modes 1 & 2, 3 has strafe on the other HAT): Changelog: Update 2017/06/10 - V2.6.3-A: fixed mode 3 controls to work with SC2.6.3 and match X56 controls. Removed old HUD swap from rotary. Updated images for all modes. Update 2016/12/25 - V2.6.0-A: moved quantum and landing toggles to TGL 1 (landing has been heavily simplified by CIG), separated afterburner and boost. Corrected longitudinal strafe commands for the mouse nub in both xml and pr0 files. Update 2016/06/29 - V2.4.0-D: Reassigned and added missing commands to most right side toggles. Swapped target reticle and nearest target. Added power setting to rotary 3. All buttons are assigned through the saitek profile now so you can freely change them to your liking. Only the axis are assigned through the xml (so don't set any buttons on any axis). A few other changes I probably forgot. Update 2016/06/21 - V2.4.0-C: Corrected some default XML bindings. Fixed the following: Exit seat, eject (double tap the toggle), self destruct (hold). Update 2016/06/18 - Saitek V2.4.0-B: fixed strafe right and look behind commands. Update 2016/06/13 - V2.4.0-A: new versioning to follow game versions. Re-created XML with new 2.4 keyboard layout. Same for Saitek Profile. Update 2016/03/08 - XML V11.6: changed gimbal lock back to its current default keybinding of "left ctrl + g". Only XML change. Update 2016/03/05 - V11.5: Removed all decoupled rotary commands as they conflict with decoupled strafe buttons (game bug). Fixed a couple more double button mappings. Moved auto/manual land toggle on to landing mode switch (hold to enable landing mode, tap to toggle auto/manual). Update 2016/02/25 - V11.4: Added afterburner doubletap to boost command. (only an XML update) Update 2016/02/21-2 - V11.3: Change match speed command to rctrl+m to avoid conflict with auto-landing toggle.
