Hello, I'm fairly new to this game and really want to be able to play it. I know it's not the ideal way to play to most, but for me and my office space the Xbox Elite controller is really ideal for me. I got the Elite Series 2 controller working with reWASD and the Couch Citizen key bindings with 3.19. After the 3.20 update, it seems like there's issues with reWASD not working fully. On foot, I can no longer walk/look around. Even rebinding the keys in Star Citizen doesn't seem to fix it. I'm going to try and make a new key binding without reWASD... I need to see if Star Citizen will recognize the 4 paddles on the bottom as separate inputs than the rest of the gamepad. Currently the default gamepad keybindings in 3.20 seem like the paddles just mimic other key bindings from the non-paddle buttons. Just curious if anyone that uses a gamepad has make good progress with 3.20... especially if it's a Elite Series Xbox controller (with the paddles on the bottom). Thank you for any input. Really looking forward to getting into the game and not being concerned with inputs/keybindings. *** 09/28/2023 So up until last night I had most success with Xbox Elite Series 2 controller on reverted firmware and with reWASD fully closed but in Star Citizen I was using the couch citizen keybinding profile and the paddles were recognized. As of last night, with the new batch... it no longer worked :slightly_smiling_face: Now, reWASD is required again haha. Still on the reverted Xbox Elite 2 firmware, that still seems required. For the most part I get around pretty well with the gamepad... only thing I can't do is activate elevators... but I think I can change my xbox controller layout slot (button on the controller) and use the default Star Citizen gamepad controls which seemed to fix the elevator button clicking requiring a mouse click... I'll have to try that later.
