System Specs below and a screenshot of average FPS. It fluctuates between 20-30fps which is playable in the PU. Sometimes it even jumps to 45fps. All this on a 2013 laptop. Not shown is a GTX 770m 4GB VRAM I'm also on a WiFi connection
