Bar Citizen will be held as an all night party from the evening of November 23rd to the morning of November 24th (Korean local time) during the Citizen's Con period and will be taking place in the city of Seoul. We are currently taking RSVP from citizens that wish to participate in the event because the specific venue will change depending on the number of people who will attend the event.
