Greetings, Citizens! The first Russian Bar Citizen (https://barcitizen.ru/), which was held in Moscow at October 27-28, has concluded. The event gathered under one roof almost 70 people, who arrived from 12 cities of Russia, as well as from Minsk (Belarus), Pervomaisk (Ukraine) and even Angers (France). (See map below.) As one of the attendants and organizers I would like to tell you about our event and show some photos. Before the beginning: we are gathering together, arrange the tables, place snacks and beverages, set up and check the equipment, decorate the hall with posters. Each participant received a badge, tag and baseball cap. The same tags were gifted to Chris and Sandy by our representatives at CitizenCon! Deskup is getting prepared for simultaneous translation of the keynote presentation. On the second photo Repz_deX is setting up the audio system. Waiting for the keynote presentation. Some members of the ru-community are decided to fall asleep till the release of SQ42 and 3.0 (or maybe 4.0) :slightly_smiling_face: Members of TheCosmismOrder are discussing the Pioneer. Saturday: We are preparing PCs for the tournament I'm hosting the quiz. -W.R.A.I.T.H- won the Lenovo Y Gaming keyboard, and Tinion received Avenger Titan Renegade for the 2nd place. The Battle Royale and Racing tournaments: H1rurg became the best racer and received Cougar Ultimus keyboard. For the victory in Battle Royale SkipperN3 was rewarded with Starfarer Gemini. Of course, it would be impossible to organize such an event without the support of our sponsors. Special thanks to: 1) ZeroDay Inc. – developer of international payment platform for gaming projects, and especially Piotr (ponch) and Egor (Zmej Gorynych) for provision of "Overtone" loft in the center of Moscow to host the event, first prize for Battle Royale and baseball caps for every participant. 2) IT Academy STEP and especially Evgeniy Fedotov for provision of PCs for the tournament. 3) First Inn Hosthotel and especially Roman for accommodation of nonresident attendants. 4) Confectionery manufacturer “Torero” and especially Aleksey ([QSR] Dragon) for provision of sweets (on the photo he is crimping a net cable for tournaments) 5) Our informational partners: http://star-citizen-ru.ru/ , https://star-citizen.pro/ , http://www.elite-games.ru/ , https://dtf.ru/ and https://vk.com/starcitizen Also very special thanks to journalist from Washington, Aleksey Dmitriev, for help in coordinating the presence of the Russian Mass Media during CitizenCon!
