Russian Star Citizen Community held a Bar Citizen meet-up in Moscow at October, 10-11 in parallel with CitizenCon. We rented a loft in the tower of Izmaylovskiy Kremlin. It is a complex of a new buildings with old Russian style, which is located in the north-east of Moscow. Inside the tower there are 2 floors, plus the balcony and the top open platform. The room has a screen and some audio and lighting equipment. We started preparation at 3 p.m. The organizators created badges, placed decor, tables and chairs. Every attendant got the unique commemorative coin of 1 UEC, which were issued in honor of Admiral Bishop's speech in the Senate.
