Hi everyone, I might have the opportunity (still pending price and availability) to rent a very large luxurious boardroom in the Kirchberg area for the gamescon. We would be able to watch Chris' presentation (and the entire stream on that day) on a very large screen. The room has capacity for about 40 people in large luxurious seats (comfy, padded). There'll be a very large screen, and feedback screens coming out of the table for the few seats turning their backs on the main screen). Food could also be arranged within the room, with refreshments made available also. I'd need to know: Who could come for sure How much would everyone be able to pay, as the room is on the expensive side, I can't really book it with my own money and make it a free event. The food if ordered, would also cost money, however, quite a few options are available, from a full three course meal per person, to finger food/sandwiches. Some parking spots could be available (amount of availability to be confirmed depending on how many people come), which I believe would be free also. From what I understood, the main interesting presentation would be on the 25th at 9PM local time. Spread the word if you know of any Luxemburg people in your orgs or relations :blush:
