I found a thread on the old forum archive that had a couple citizens, but hopefully they're still around and hopefully there's even more? There are active Chicago and St. Louis groups, but none in central IL. This could be any cities in the area: Peoria, Bloomington/Normal, Springfield, Champaign, and the smaller surrounding towns. It might be nice to be in touch with each other and possibly meet up to play together as a crew or wingmen.
