The event is scheduled to start at 2pm, but everyone is welcome to arrive any time from 12 midday onwards such as if they'd like to sit down order a meal from the restaurant beforehand, although food may be ordered any time during the Bar Citizen. The venue is easily accessible from the A14, M1 and there are two hotels literally just across the road from the venue for anyone looking to make a night of it at Cafe Musian.
