A few days ago some Market Hub Agents dragged me back from my break period to come organize an event and we spent the morning orientating some new players before low and behold Kraiklyn_CIG wandered into our session and was meandering around for a bit. Eventually he asked Local if anyone was up for a unique tour over at Lorville, and I knew what he was up to :slightly_smiling_face: In general I'm always up for gathering the masses to do something greater than pew pew, and immediately 180'd out of the atmosphere I was breaching and headed back into quantum hurdling towards Hurston. Along the way I discussed logistics with Kraiklyn and was quickly tasked with continuing to gather the masses, as I had already done so already. Slowly, due to the distances, we all began to amass at Hurston's Lorville at the New Deal display promenade where an ARGO MPUV was awaiting us for the first leg of the tour around Lorville below the no-fly zone. We all enjoyed getting up close and personal with the architecture and infrastructure across the city and facilities. We gathered a couple more arrivers for a second tour before we switched ships to an Anvil Valkyrie and repeated the tour once more. This is where my own screenshots began, and keep in mind they're on Low settings at 1080p as my hardware was under max load all throughout the event for some inexplicable reason. The full gallery of my screenshots from the event can be found here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1s97aiYBdx2sqcH9A-uFaoWUFUzpR3Jw6?usp=sharing Remaining screenshots from the others who accompanied can be found in the #VerseVisions channel of Market Hub Service's public discord server: https://discord.gg/ZQYEx87 I will include a sampling of the screenshots below, enjoy :slightly_smiling_face: At this point it was time to shake things up a bit and we decided to prep a convoy for an external tour and gathered up the masses at Perimeter Gate 04 and prepared 4 Ursa Rovers, arranged communications, and sat out upon a winding trek around the city's exterior until the inevitable random deaths began to ensue. We regathered at Gate 01 and opted to try another mode, and I summoned out 5 Cyclone TRs for the convoy to continue making our way outwards through the desolate treacherous wastelands of Lorville's dumping grounds, aligning our destination to the nearby sea for sightseaing. The obstacle course of the wastelands was proving a bit much even for the shorter wheelbase maneuverability of the Cyclones and many of us piled back back into a remaining Ursa and stray surviving vehicles and continued our journey beyond the dumps. Time wasn't much of a matter as everyone was enjoying the trip as much as anticipating the destination, but eventually we began a long parallel run of geologically intriguing rocky spiked coastline on our way to what Kraiklyn refers to as the Dragon Cove. The terrain is rather interesting throughout this region and stops were made to inspect it but we eventually arrived at the Cove nevertheless, which was also reviewed extensively. The RSI limit of previewed images ends here, you'll have to make the hop to view the rest :slightly_smiling_face: During which time we had additional travelers join our voyage through aerial insertion. We nearly used their exploratory vessel to continue the next leg but we were immediately distracted by the mountain up the background and pursue the rise of its slopes promptly and nestled into experiencing one of the most fabulous sunsets Hurston could offer. We stood about the secluded hold of the wooded region to enjoy the sights of grandeur before morning took us skyward with a Constellation Phoenix being utilized to embark on the slow meander back to Lorville, skirting along the coastline the whole way for the alternative view of what all we had just surveyed previously. A handful of candid shots were taken of the weary but joyful travelers engaged in awe-stricken staring out the many viewing ports of the Phoenix in transit until we arrived in Lorville's cityscape before we knew it. This is where the majority parted ways, but Kraiklyn and CEO of Market Hub, Drake Steele, and an accompanying Agent (Yo1202 I believe?) continued on with the evening, waddling their way to Lorville's only recreational establishment to engage in what would become several hours of conversation about everything in and out of the Verse that could be rambled at. The dialog continued through the evening in the same fashion despite a change of scenery, as Kraiklyn and I departed Lorville in a shakey Prospector bound for Levski for a change in atmosphere for our remaining talks. Ultimately the eve wore on and everyone had to depart, with the night finally capping with some brief orientation of Market Hub's new employees acquired along the way.
