We have a citizen taking point in Utah who's started a discord channel to bring you all together to get to know each other and plan local meetups. We normally call the meetups Bar Citizens even though they are usually in restaurants (the name was just too catchy) and I understand that Bars may not be widely accepted there. Salt Lake City may be the primary locale but it's for the whole state.
