The Azure Group. Professional. Prompt. Precise. Azure is an equally Military and Civil org with freedom of participation between both its halves. Azure is a Joint EU and NA org, with a decent split of members between both regions, ensuring that you'll always have some backup when you need it. You'll find we're not quite like other orgs in terms of how we seek new members and go about seeing if they fit in well with us; we try to make interviews for new recruits a mutually pleasant matter by bringing them into our community with no commitments. We always do our best to provide a pleasant and welcoming environment for all types in Azure. Azure is RP friendly (In fact, it's encouraged!), well organised and equipped and dedicated to making ourselves one of the best medium-sized org in the 'verse. That said we know real life comes first, and unlike many other orgs we appreciate the more dedicated casual players. Those with not too much free time, but still having the skill to play well. Azure's fleshed out divisions and rank system give us the structure for both RP and good organisation in game. Good organisation and chain of command are key when it comes to larger operations. And having a clear-cut hierarchy makes it easier to have the organisational structure necessary to go far. Finally, seeing as we have all come to actually enjoy ourselves in-game, Azure does its best to make sure that all are having fun by playing to the styles that the individual members prefer, be it high-intensity dogfighting, ground combat, space hauling or solo mining and salvage operations. We like to keep a middle-ground between fun and skill, SC is a game, after all! Why not set yourself up for success in a group that has both? We primarily seek mature members (Usually over the age of 18), but age alone isn't the sole determining factor in maturity. We want to keep a positive and fun environment, and in that regard we avoid traits that would cause friction in our community. To that end, we can seem a bit over scrutinous during our interviews with new members. But we find that ensures a better community overall.
