This is a public service announcement from the UEE Joint Task Force. Normally our organization serves as part of a law enforcement agency within the Star Citizen universe, ensuring order, and enforcing UEE Laws. However, in order to enable and ensure thorough testing of the prison system and updates to the criminality system coming in 3.9, we hereby declare war against all other players and organizations (short of our close contacts and allies) for the duration of the 3.9 public PTU test cycle until the patch is released to Live to do our part in both testing and pest control. (you know who you are) This means that we will shoot and kill anyone we encounter in the PTU indiscriminately, regardless of their alignment. For clarity, this status does not apply to live game environment, however, our capacity for normal enforcement and protection services will become temporarily unavailable during this time until our war-game comes to a close with patch 3.9's live release. No it's not personal, but we don't care about your "feelings" either. And no, we do not desire nor require your "consent" for PvP. However, we will have one darn good time whether you like it or not, so you might as well join in on the fun, but aim to be a winner, not a whiner. If you are one of those crybaby types that curses PvP and whines on the forums every time you get killed by a player, go away. Preferably permanently. This temporary change in our alignment status will apply exclusively to the PTU environment and will be active once 3.9 PTU goes to public and will remain until the patch goes live.
