Good Day, This Corporation is set up for Mining and Cargo hauling(to move mined minerals and base supplies). Each of those will have their own Division with a 3rd Division separated into Brigades for Security and Exploration/Engineering. Since the 3rd Division isn't our main focus they will be limited in scope. As operations increase the Security Brigade will expand, perhaps into their own Division. Our small explorer section will focus on finding appropriate mining fields and Geo-locating mineral veins as well as "potential" missions that pop up. The Engineering Brigade will be focused on newer technologies to assist the company. For instance, better shields, reduced IR signatures or a better cutting laser for asteroid digging. More specifically...the Engineering brigade will be run like it's own independent small org and will have it's own security wing to increase internal security. While set up as an Exclusive org, we allow limited affiliations for friends/family orgs, along with companies that do other professions other than our own within a in-game legal framework and lastly we forbid Redacted or Hidden memberships. Memberships will be randomly checked by HR and those found in violation will be immediately let go, with no notice. Similarly, this company will utilize high-level security procedures to secure Intellectual Property Rights. Meaning there will be multiple levels of clearances and Need-to-Know privileges. Currently we have over 14 Forums and 9 chats already made up in Spectrum, some that are being tested and used. Along those lines we have a Discord channel with 12 text channels and the matching 12 voice channels. So what's our goal? - To create a substantial, self-sustainable, innovative company, investing in the appropriate things at the right time to keep us ahead of the game and ahead of our competitors, whether they are the same size as us or even bigger.
