Attention all Org Commanders, It cannot be denied that 2948 has been an outstanding year for the Star Citizen Community. While 3.0 achieved numerous milestones it did set us back in PvP gameplay and Org v Org Combat operations. I can remember the great battles of 2.6 to control SPK and I can still hear the calls from Tessa Bannister at the ICC for help from the Pirate Orgs interdicting pilots on missions. I have decided to reach out to my fellow commanders to form a Task Force with the intent to focus on Org v Org gameplay. All Commanders, regardless of real life military experience are welcome to inquire about joining. Mission: Joint Task Force Alpha will execute combat oriented Organization PvP gameplay starting in 2949 in order to test all assets and strategies currently available for PvP combat operations in the Star Citizen Alpha PU and develop recommendations to CIG when needed. Purpose: The purpose of the creation of this JTF is to bring Organizations together to focus on testing specific combat operations in the Star Citizen Alpha PU. Key Tasks: -Identify Partner Organizations to join the JTF -Identify Scope of Operations to Focus on -Establish Feedback process through Issue Council and Spectrum -Establish and agree on JTF Battle Rhythm -Execute testing on Team, Squad, and Platoon level engagements Endstate: JTF can provide feedback as to the current state of Org v Org combat operations with the current implementation of combat assets. Concept of Operation: Phase 1: Form This phase will start with the receipt of this order and end once the members of the JTF have been established. Recommendations/ Requests will be formalized if there is a consensus but it is understood that this Tasks Force’s primary mission is to test and not to critique or complain. All types of Commanders (Merc, PMC, Pirate, etc) are invited to apply. English will be the primary language and citizens from all countries are welcome.
