Here at GECKO we create UNITS of like-minded people where we create and maintain our own mission with or without the help of other UNITS. We aim to have a friendly alliance towards the UEE and other UEE friendly organisations but this by no means mean we operate solely within the laws of the UUE. We offer a friendly and open-minded bunch of leaders and members who are up to pretty much anything and aren’t afraid to try out new things even if this means to get our hands a “Little” bit dirty. To many of our members, GECKO means Freedom. Freedom to play Star Citizen the way they want to play it. Freedom to play with friends the way they want to do it. Freedom to run their own business without outside interference and taxing community regulations. No matter what kind of character you’ve always dreamed of playing, odds are you will be able to fulfil that dream in our organisation. “I am proud to be a part of GECKO. This without restricting any Gecko member of switching groups to have more of a different kind of fun.” -Nogard - Unit Commander of GECKO Enterprises What is an UNIT GECKO is unique in that if we don't have a UNIT that fits your needs and play style we will try and create that UNIT that fits those needs given that you can provide with a good/fun description as to why and how this UNIT should operate. This is something we encourage as we understand that everyone wants something different, even if they are variations of an existing UNIT. You are not just stuck working with your unit, the purpose of the unit is to create a group of like minded players who will have fun running and encouraging each other to run operations together. This does not mean you can not work with other units, and potentially be in more than one unit. For example; If you want to be a fighter pilot and a trader, you can be in a fighter unit, and help a trade one, or even create your own dedicated blockade running UNIT.
