GirlGamers is a Community of Enthusiastic women that share 1 passion, playing Star Citizen!. GirlGamers tries to connect all of them under 1 big Community. We're proud to be gamers, and like any other gamer, we love to share that with the world. At the same time, just by being here, we also create a positive feeling in the SC world. We're a community and not an organization, thus no in-game influence or activities (apart from having a place to party and invite people to, but who doesn't want to party). We want to share the awesome experience, that is Star Citizen, with other women! We want to be a friendly place where people can chat, not just about StarCitizen, but about everything. We want to support eachother and put an extra spotlight on the streamers in GirlGamers, just to help them that little bit. We hope to be a rolemodel and example for other potential women that like to join the game, but are still hesitant. Creating visibility is an important part of that... Showing the world that women in gaming have more depth and are actually interested in this game... in a wide varierty of playstyles, I think is important - A GirlGamers Member The Star Citizen community is generally a lot more mature than other game communities. There are some bad apples, but those are in every game, but this community seems to take those down quite fast. CIG has also been a lot more inclusive and friendly than most online game companies. Thats a +. So, if you're interested, message Asuna (and if you know a streamer in the group, tell them) PS: it's a community for women, by women. (Mod and CIG approved) What do we do? We chat, we game and we have fun What do we use to communicate? Discord for chatting and Spectrum for forums, and there is a website https://robertsspaceindustries.com/orgs/GIRL
