Typical Duties :airplane: Manages the RP Forum :airplane: Facilitate in-game RP related events :airplane: Help and encourage members fill out Character Profiles :airplane: Develop ideas and events to engage IGAIR’s participation in RP Forum :airplane: Identify and mentor members who are interested in participating in developing on-going RP content :airplane: Identify, document and disseminate lore that is relevant to IGAIR’s various offices of operation :airplane: Oversee accountability for adhering to the user-submitted facts of a member’s IGAIR HR profile without significant deviation from the RP intent. I see the role as twofold- content and events. Content is any asset that helps to facilitate role-play whether it's original, news or lore. Events are any activity that fosters or enables members to actively role-play. RP forum threads, character profiles, contests, in-game social events, performing a role during a field operation that contains scripted or "acting" parts, etc. Ultimately, to help tie who you want to be within the Star Citizen Universe with who we are as an organization in an engaging and meaningful way.
