We are not just comprised of a specific career, but of many. This is to make us a well balanced working machine. Our Goals: 1) To make a well rounded organization 2) To provide help and security to all of our members in the Universe. 3) To provide knowledge and information about all careers 4) To provide a structure that allows for growth and improvement 5) To provide assistance to fellow ally organizations, or assist with additional contracts 6) Provide a friendly, profitable place for all players of any careers. How we will achieve these goals: 1) We accept citizens of all careers because we plan on running a balanced organization 2) All careers will have a backup team in place to assist. Ex: Cargo transport division will have escort ships available if needed. Ex: Explorer and recon divisions will provide information to miners about where secret profitable mining areas are. 3) In Spectrum, there will be links and information about the different careers and ships. 4) We have a Hierarchy that allows members to work their way up the ranks and become leaders of their own teams. 5) If requested, members will assist fellow ally organizations for compensation, goodwill, or future assistance. 6) Members will be paid for their services by helping fellow members and completing contracts. This will make an inter-org economy.
