Im a proud owner of a few ships that i planed to captain and im looking for an org that will provide a trained crew and has a hierarchy that must be fallowed but stills allows me to captain my ship. i plan to cross train in all aspects of my ship and will mostly . do cargo runs, buying and selling, exploration . i currently have a merchantman, caterpillar, carrak. i will mostly enjoy logistics of buying selling and transporting moving ocasional to long range exploration to deal in more exotic and hard to find items. Monitoring markets for price changes and org cargo logistics. i plan to play salaries in percentage of profit from runs and profit from investors or org fees from money needed to purchase cargo to fill a ship like a caterpillar or banu. org does not have to be huge only well coordinated, i have headset good gaming pc joy stick and throttle my main language is Spanish (second English)spoken and written thanks for taking the time
