As the title suggests, I'm looking for an organization to join or possible affiliations with other like minded orgs. Consider some of the things in my "resume" below and post if you think your group would fit. Family oriented - I love to game, and will be playing Star Citizen a bunch but real life comes first. Your organization needs to value the person who suddenly disappears in that intense dog fight because the needs of wife and kids are more important. On the small side - Looking for something that's large enough to have active people day to day, but not so large that you're just another cog in someone's empire. 10-100 people is probably best. Faith based (Sort of) - What I mean, is the group holds strongly to "The Golden Rule", or Jesus' words to "love your neighbor". There is a purposed integrity that values people, and is open to conversations of all sort with respect even when we disagree. They also play well with others, and seek to be helpful first. No Role Playing - I mean in my head I'm a freaking Malcolm Reynolds, but I don't need to share that with you and vice versa. Interested in most roles other than piracy Predominately USA based members - I'm on the west coast, and obviously it will be easier to play with people in the same region. Some things about me that might help you figure if I'm a good fit for your group. I'm a 48 year old gamer, and I've been playing PC games since the day dad brought home the Commodore 64. I tend to play about 10-15 hours a week. I've played all manner of game, and would consider myself middle of the road/decent at most things. I'm not going to dominate the FPS arena, but I'm not going to finish last either. My most recent MMO experience was LOTRO, and I was an active member of our Kin, and even had a season on the leadership team. Most recently I've been playing Star Citizen, Heroes of the Storm and lots and lots of RPGs. I don't bring a lot of ships to the table, and only have the Aurora LN, and the Mustang Alpha. Hope that helps. If you have questions, feel free to ask. Thanks for your thoughts and recommendations!
