Yes, that's right...we're looking for people who aren't idiots. Why is that? Well, to be fair...there are orgs out there who need 3,000 or 10,000 members because they need cannon fodder. Definition of cannon fodder soldiers regarded or treated as expendable in battle an expendable or exploitable person, group, or thing ie. - celebrities who have become cannon fodder for the tabloids At Interstellar Exploration and Supply Inc., the idea with the company is to create the "300" of orgs who can do just as good that those with 3,000 could. Those who have a good head on their shoulders and who can take advice as good as they dish it out. While we will do some training, it's up to the player to be good at their craft. To understand not only the basics but the intricacies and nuances of their ships and the universe within it. I'm not looking for this to be at a Hardcore level, I feel people have their own lives to live outside the game, but when you're in...we want people who give a damn. This corporation is set up as a Mining and Cargo company with a bit of Security and Exploration tossed in. (Protecting assets and finding locations to set up mining.) So, we're doing 2 primary and 2-3 secondary things to keep costs down but realize that we need to specialize in no more than two. A lot of orgs are setting up as "WE do it ALL!"...which isn't sustainable and will crumble under their own weight. The U.S. Military creates contracts for civilian engineers, extra security and transportation. Similarly, Wal-Mart isn't in the construction business and needs to hire contractors to build it's stores. You can not do it all. If your mindset gets everything I've said and you appreciate someone who's down to "Earth" but also serious with seeing this be a successful company, well then I need Professionals like yourself. I only have a few people at the moment so upward mobility is almost guaranteed if we get along.
