Iron Horse Industries is a multi-role org that has members from all over the world, we cultivate a friendly and helpful atmosphere with a ton of room to grow and learn. We are always looking for new members of all experience levels. In lore we are the hard working blue collar types who aren't so bothered with manners or wearing a uniform, but more about making some good credits with some good people. What can you expect from Iron Horse Industries? Well that's simple, almost anything you want. We have three very distinct divisions to cater to almost any play style. Iron Horse Industries: The cornerstone of what we do with a specific focus on Mining and Hauling, we predominantly gather and ship raw materials around the 'verse. We do however have focuses on almost every other profession including salvaging, repair, refueling, rearming and search and rescue. If in the future the feature to produce munitions becomes possible then we hope to focus on that too. This side of the org is our money maker and what we plan to fund a lot of planned exciting projects in the future. The 84th Combat Wing (Iron Squadron): The dedicated fighting and security force of IHI. The 84th is structured and run like a typical squadron in the UEE Navy with its main purpose being the protection of IHI workers and assets with the secondary purpose being combat orientated contracts. If you are looking for more of a mil sim experience this is the branch for you. The Iron Horse Racing Team (IHRT): The sanctuary of the high octane thrill seekers and the borderline insane, this division represents the orgs fun and recreation and future social events will tend to revolve around this in one way or another. We are active in player run racing events and could always use more people to fill gaps in either the racing squad or the pit crews. It's important to note that Iron Horse Industries is a lawful group and the only thing we really don't allow is Piracy. This is important to us to keep our trade options legal and to help us be on the same page with the multiple orgs that IHI is in partnership with.
