Each Clan makes up the bulk of the Empires member base, each clan can come together as a unified party this is how the Houses are formed. Each house should share a common ideal or agenda to make working with the Clans under its banner. Each House has a representative that form the Mandalorian Committee, in the Committee each Rep has equal voice powers to shape the Empire future. Not all committee hearing can be dealt with peacefully, In the Empire we allow Clan/House Wars to legally dispute their cases by combat means, the victor's case is deemed correct and is accepted in the Committee votes. This forms the baseline for the Governing system. In the Empire it is completely legal to openly challenge another member to a duel to dispute an argument, all duels in no lethal combat, we do not kill our own Members no matter what happens. We live by a strict code of Honor, to brake this means that you go against all that we stand for and will bring the entire Empire down upon you. Every member of the Empire is apart of the same family no matter how different we are or how we may dislike how they operate, we all come together in the end as one. In the empire our unity is what gives us our strength, break just one bond and the ripples caused shall tear us apart. This is something we can not stand Idly by and allow to happen. The Mandaloian Protectors job is to make sure the Code and laws are being followed, The Protectors are Mandalore's Eyes and Ears within the Empire and report directly to him on all matters relating the Empire. In time of war against the Empire, Mandalore will summon a Call to Arms that will bring the combine forces of the Clans and Houses to form a Resistance. In the Empire we do have an active Military structure, just each member fills their assigned role in the the of War. In the Empire we as a whole support each other Financially what we make in profits from all Sources is returned to the Empire to assist members that require assistance, the money is not taken for any selfish desires other than to assist the Empire as a Banking system that will be asked to be repaid for future assistance needs. In the Empire we support affiliation to another organization, in order to to play a official role in the Empire you must have the Empire as your main organization. If you wish to just be an affiliate of the Empire that is fine, just understand your career will be hampered due to security reasons you are referred to as Contractors.
