Could you please check if your org page's background image is showing? Not the banner but the image behind it that doesn't scroll? It should be sized 1366 x 768 (normally an asteroid field on my org page). I checked it with five different browsers, I randomly picked about ten different org pages from this sub - none of them shows a background image, just darkness. Can you confirm?
