Outbound Roughnecks CGLM is a conglomeration of independent Freelancers, each a business entity, referred to as Roughnecks for their focus on the industrial professions, and we are looking for Captains of the same ilk. “Roughnecks”. This old Earth, oil rig term has survived over the centuries but is now applied to Captains making a living as miners, salvagers, space truck drivers and explorers. Roughnecks are known for their sense of humor, frequent cussing, high pay, and as being some of the hardest working folks you’ll ever know.
