Hey guys. Have any of you run into poaching accusations / complaints from exclusive orgs? Or is it just me? My understanding was that poaching was a coordinated / concentrated effort to steal talent from another organization, something you generally don't do with orgs you're friendly with. Like if you were overtly wooing / back-channel trying to steal folks. We had two people from the same org express interest in switching over to us -- and we allowed it. The other org hit us with poaching accusations, saying that we were poaching unless we enforced the exclusivity of others. I felt that was a bit much, that individual players can / should decide who they join, talk to, and socialize with. If someone isn't happy with their org, I'll definitely discuss mine. They've gone to trade alliances and threatened our reputation unless we explicitly barred their members from checking us out. Isn't org rule enforcement between the player and the org leadership? Where's the line on this issue? Have you guys encountered this stuff?
