I come from an organization that gave me examples of how not to lead an organization. Childish administration and a sense of "we don't care if you leave, three people joined the other day" are not very effective when trying to at least hold an alliance. That's the reason I thought "you can do it better". And that is what I am trying accomplish. This organization represents my dedication to Marvel, roleplay and taking on responsibility. Space Division it is my duty to bring safety to the universe and that is the main priority of S.H.I.E.L.D., to protect at first and fight at last. Earth wasn't always safe, it faced some of its most challenging enemies. After the human expansion into the universe, there was an almost identical feeling of global danger, present at many corners of the verse, even with all the corporations. I, myself, fly a 300i with passion and learned to love my ship as a companion. Not only do I care about my members, it is important for me to personally greet them upon arrival, be open for questions, help where I can and walk them through everything they need to know. Levels Affiliates get Clearance Level 1, granting them access to the organization's Discord and limited access to the S.H.I.E.L.D. spectrum Agents get Clearance Level 3, granting them access to more Discord channels and access to the S.H.I.E.L.D. spectrum Special Agents get Clearance Level 6, ranking them higher than agents Mission Control gets Clearance Level 8, they will receive more intel about missions and are authorized to plan missions Specialists are extroadinary field agents and members, with Clearance Level 10 they stand in direct contact with the director and have a broad overview over intelligence [REDACTED] will be granted Clearance Level ALPHA, due to the nature of said clearance, intel about that level can only be discussed with the appropriate agents directly Roles Marketing deals with branding and PR, regarding everything people-related Staff Managers are in control over who to employ and have control over applications and invites Supervising Officers can manage members, increase their Clearance Level and are there to train agents The Director is the highest instance of S.H.I.E.L.D., serving as the head of operations and leader Questions?
