Hi all, I'm posting from a new account because I'd prefer to keep this discussion separate from my main account while I explore different organisations and playstyles. I'm an EU-based player looking to connect with mature, English-speaking organisations that take a long-term view of Star Citizen. What I'm looking for is probably a little different from the usual recruitment post. I'm not particularly interested in large member counts. I'd much rather be part of a smaller organisation with a strong core of dedicated players who share a common vision for where the game is ultimately heading. My primary interest lies in the industrial side of Star Citizen: logistics, hauling, mining, salvage, refining, manufacturing and the wider economy that supports military and exploration operations. I've always believed that industry wins wars, while combat wins battles. For that reason I'm particularly interested in organisations that view industry as a strategic capability rather than simply a way to fund combat activities. I'm lawful-aligned and not interested in piracy. While I don't object to PvP, I've never been particularly interested in combat for its own sake. In my view, the most meaningful competition in a persistent universe takes place in the economy: controlling supply chains, securing resources, building industrial capacity, influencing markets and creating advantages that affect large numbers of players over long periods of time. Those are the kinds of goals and challenges that appeal to me most. When it comes to combat, I generally prefer PvE and support roles and am perfectly happy to work alongside people who enjoy fighting more than I do. I see combat as an important tool, but not as the end goal. I've always found myself naturally drawn toward organisation-building, long-term planning and helping groups operate effectively. Seeing individual efforts come together into something larger and more capable is often just as rewarding to me as the gameplay itself. I'm particularly interested in hearing from smaller organisations with ambitious long-term goals, where industry, logistics and economic strength are considered fundamental to future success. I'm not looking for a title or position. I'm looking for a group of people who understand that building something meaningful takes time, commitment and cooperation.
