INTRODUCTION This civil action for unfair competition, illegal taxes, and piracy arising under Space Law 3.1 U.E.E. Section @1114,1116, and 1125(a) and Space Common Law, seeking preliminary and permanent injunctive relief, monetary damages, jail time and or capitol punishment. PARTIES 1. Shadow Moses is a Star Citizen Organization directed by Vergil. 2. Gallog is a Star Citizen Organization directed by Ravier ALLEGATIONS COMMON TO ALL CLAIMS FOR RELIEF 3. Shadow Moses has been illegally pilfering aUEC from players. Their actions against peaceful players and orgs falls within the boundaries of Piracy. 4. Gallog - a "peaceful" trading org has been paying taxes and giving out locations of non tax paying traders to SM. The peaceful traders are usually blown up leaving larger loads of trade available for Gallog to profit on. This act of supporting piracy is a direct violation of Space Law 3.1 U.E.E. Section @1175(b) and @1183
