Unit Philosophy: Are you sick of having to try out for organizations that seem far more interested in stroking their own egos than actually having fun? If you answered yes, consider joining Star Wolf Gaming. Our organization is a large social group that plays a variety of games. We are beginner friendly and are willing to bring anyone along who wants to improve, work as a team, and have fun. Although we are friendly to new players we have many talented pilots that know the ropes and strive to run with the best of the best. We do not tolerate griefers and have no patience for individuals that want to bring a bad attitude with them. With that said, we are also supportive of real life issues and do our best to accommodate our members interests and challenges. Beyond bringing a positive attitude and non-elitist attitude we only require that individuals be willing to occasionally log onto our private TeamSpeak as communications are essential to keep a cohesive group. We are not a once a month news letter organization; we want to get to know our members as people rather than just game tags. Unit Advancement: Our unit has had up to 500 members in the past with typically 40-70 active at a given time. We are always looking for talented leaders and promotion through the ranks is something that comes quickly to those who have the ability. Naturally, not everyone wishes to be promoted and you will never be looked down upon for choosing remain in a role you enjoy. Our leaders know that it is their job to serve the greater community and help build the team up as opposed to being an opportunity to boost one's ego. Unit Resource Pool: The unit has a large arsenal of ships already including multiple Hammerheads, Reclaimers and more. Within the group there are sub companies which focus on a variety of objectives including mining, assassinations, bounty hunting, etc. Some are on different time zones (including European) and we are normally always able to find a place to accommodate any interest. Joining the group means being willing to occasionally join in unit objectives but you also will have a voice in choosing what those objectives will be. If you can make a good argument, and the resources are available, we are always up for going after new, lucrative bounties. For newer members low on funds we are willing to help you earn but you need to be cooperative with the group and show you are an asset to the team as opposed to a liability.
