Greetings everybody! Hope you’re all healthy, doing great and safely flying through the verse’! I’m here on behalf of United Hypernova to present you our first big community event. The past 4th of October at 18:30 UCT+2, 30 pilots from 10 international spanish-speaking organizations crushed on Magda giving the starting shot to an 8 stage Championship that will take place every Sunday, with some breaks, until the 20th of December. So far we’ve celebrated 2 Stages, in Magda (4th Oct) and Yela (11th Oct). The championship consists on 8 stages, each one on a different Stanton moon, of variable distance, between 50km and 100km depending on the moons geography. The participants are divided in 3 ground vehicle groups; Anvil Ballista, Tumbril Cyclone and Drake Dragonfly. Each team (Organization) has one driver in each group plus a pathfinder that supports them onboard a dropship capable of loading an extra two vehicles (Cyclone and Dragonfly). This championship is a real challenge for us. We’ve been working hard to make it possible and it’s the perfect scenario to test out our capabilities as an organization and keep growing thus having lots of fun! We see this event as a way of community building and as a result of what others had accomplished with this kind of events before so that’s also some kind of thank you all for sharing your crazy experiences. We will be proud of being part of this legacy left for every citizen that someday will want to create a company, organization or group.
