It is so easy to create an Org in SC. But in doing so there is a responsibility you have to take on board. An org is a platform to enable teams to create a product or service and it is only as good as its people and how excited they are about creating! It is not about rankings, numbers or posts. I believe it is a big mistake to recruit huge numbers of new members to get this complicated job done. For numbers will never compensate for real talent and commitment in building a brand and overcoming the huge challenges that we will face in the final release. Some people don't like change, but we need to embrace change if the alternative is disaster. BTW, failure is an option here, for if things are not failing, then we are not innovating enough!
