The Red Hand intends to provide a stable human defense fleet inside captured territories. This will be done by hiring small groups of elite operators to perform specialized jobs the PMC is hired for. Small groups of friends are welcome to join, you will be assigned your own Wing which will earn or lose points based on jobs completed for failed once assigned to you. Larger groups can join to form Strike Forces, a group of Wings. The Red Hand aims to provide a stable source of work for those working to push back the Vanduul forces and will be purchasing Fleet ships that may be rented for specific jobs, allowing your Wings access to more work for a price. Larger Fleet actions will take place when appropriate, the operations will be open to all Wings willing to join. Specialized units will especially be welcomed. From Exploration and Reconnaissance to Merchantile to Search and Rescue. Each Wing will be allocated starting points based on ships owned. Upgrading ships will provide an increase in the Wing’s “Reputation” within the Fleet. Certain jobs will require a certain level of Reputation before a Wing can apply for it.
