While setting up my Corporate org I've found that the rankling system and hierarchy isn't quite what I need in a corporation, but rather one better suited for a PMC. This began a line of thought on the matter of how this could be improved, and so here are a few ideas I've come up with so far. 1) Every organization type should have a hierarchy best designed for it and what it is, be it a corporation, a PMC, a religious group, or other. 2) The corporate hierarchy should be a branching pyramid of officer positions, with each officer position having their own sub=hierarchy regarding the subordinates of their departments. Otherwise.... 3) CIG could do a bit of research into the common hierarchies of each organization type featured in the game. As I think of more ideas, I will add them to this list.
