Vikings Founded in 2013 we grew to an organization of more than 300 people from all over the world. Having members from all time zones will ensure a dominant presence in the Universe. Vikings was setup with freedom in mind, where every member can play they own game without restrictions or commanders telling you the boundaries of today's play session. Pursue your interest on the black market, freelancing, fly capital ships or hijack traders together with your fellow Vikings! We strive to increase our self sufficiency even further which means we accept members of all trades. Our Goals: To create a group of friends you can trust and have fun with. Exploiting every opportunity, legal or not, to earn more credits. Creating a private part of space that “normal” travelers will not dare to cross. Specialized squads Our leadership will appoint the most experienced and active players to form specialized squads executing tasks to make sure our organization keeps running smoothly. Objectives will vary from hijacking valuable cargo, assassinations, scouting or infiltrating enemy groups. Leadership positions As we are an organization with members from around the world we have officer positions for all time zones available. Members showing enough activity and who help the organization to grow will be rewarded. Exclusive Being a Viking means total dedication to our group. We cannot allow members being part of multiple piracy groups which will only result in lack of loyalty when fights break out between these groups. Pirate code of conduct Article I: Every person shall have an equal title to the fresh provisions or strong liquors at any time seized, and shall use them at pleasure unless a scarcity may make it necessary for the goods to be saved for later. Article II: Anyone who steals from our group to the value of even one coin in plate, jewels or any other trade ware they shall be marooned. If any Viking robs another that person shall have his nose and ears slit, and be put on an asteroid where he shall be sure to encounter enemy ships. Article III: Each person shall keep his piece, cutlass and pistols at all times clean and ready for action. Article IV: No children to be allowed among us. Article V: He that shall desert the ship in time of battle shall be punished by death or marooning. Article VI: We shall not fight among ourselves. This is punishable by marooning. Article VII: Everyone outside our group who uses our name for themselves will be a target for every Viking. Article VIII: Agreements made by our group with other groups will have to be respected unless otherwise instructed. This is punishable by death.
