Watchdog Coalition [WDC] is looking for brave souls, like you. We are a contract corporation that uses other organization's funds to support out own goals. Do you want to get paid to make long hauls, defend a base, support a fleet, mine minerals, etc? We may have a contract for you. Our ever increasing index of friendly organizations continues to grow, and they're willing to pay for good labor, and sharp people. WDC will take it's cut, and you'll get yours. This will allow us to sponsor people, like racers in the murray cup, events like Watchdog parties, mission groups, and operations, and even expansions, such as land bases, or bigger fleets. While not a PMC (Para-Military Corp), Watchdogs believe in organization and preemptive setup above flying by wire. Thus we have created 4 branches within the organization, simply to keep things organized during org events and contracts, not to limit how you play! You choose what branch you want to be in for org events, and you won't be limited to this "job" outside of said events. The four branches are: The Legion Division - Our first person shooter specialists. This branch is in charge of boardings, bounty hunting, and planetside attacks / defenses. The Armada Division - The 'navy' of WDC. This branch is in charge of running the big ships, exploration, etc. R3 Support Division - Recovery, Repair, and Recon. The name says it all, this is our support division for medics, salvage, repairs, and scouting. The Logistics Division - Money, money, money. Logi's are in charge of mining, trading, and all things resource stocking. Outside of providing organization within WDC, these branches provide a sense of ownership between you and your peers, and create opportunities for gameplay without relying on official events to become available. Should I join? We're looking for talented, witty, and fun players to fill our ranks. All members, now and in the future, have the possibility of becoming leaders in our Veteran and Officer ranks. You don't need to have a desire to lead to join, but it is highly recommended. We also need our players to work well with each other, and other orgs during events and contracts. If you're looking for that tight knit family of citizens to fly with, WDC may be for you! If you're interested in joining WDC, there's only a few things to keep in mind: We are not pirates, and we stray as close as we can to "lawful". If your end game in Star Citizen is to become a pirate, attacking every neutral vessel you see, WDC is not for you. We are a mature org. All the members thus far are grown adults, some married with kids. Expect mature conversations, and mature topics, however this does not include racist conversation or hate speech in any form. If you can't help yourself but to get into a 'heated gaming moment' and start spurting out racist words, WDC is not for you. Absolutely no griefing. Even if we were / are at war with another org, or were paid to be at war with someone, we don't grief. It removes the fun from one party, and this is a video game. Everyone is here to have fun. And finally, a couple of last minute notes before I finish this up. As of 3.5, WDC is actively playing Star Citizen, but patch fatigue hits us all. WDC plays a plethora of other games to build camaraderie and team building while we wait for Star Citizen to fully get fleshed out. Don't expect us to be playing Star Citizen 24/7 during it's alpha phase, and only join if you're interested in playing other games as well as WDC tends to be a multi-gaming group. If you're another org leader, feel free to contact us regarding contracts and hiring us out for jobs when SC becomes fully to fruition. However if you're going to contact us about a "merger" please, don't. I have had to tell off easily 10-20 org leaders requesting mergers. WDC is built on real life friendships, and we're very tight knit. I'm not going to surrender that over to another org. Sorry.
