Basically this company could make all the NPCs in the verse talk like people... All what CIG would need to do IS CONTRACT THEM AND provide a database I believe with the information/agenda/relationships/factions that the NPC should have... Which is actually very easy to come by and implement, if you're taking consideration what you gaining here... We talking about being able to type or even talk to the NPCs.
