Vas so much more fun before they quit the 0 CCUs, back then I felt pricing was not as streamlined and you could be lucky and pick a 0 CCU that would give a really good jump.. Even the 5$ CCUs were interesting because of how ships value could change.. Now it feels like this ship class shall cost between 120-140next class 140-160$.... Then you can buy a 5$ CCU that will increase its value to 15$ when the ship goes live and you can buy a warbond ccu that gives 5$ discount for cheap ship or 15$ discount for the more expensive ships.. And CIG tseems to try the best to offer these CCU jumps in the same ranges that they did last year So last your you could jump ship A value $100 to ship B value 120$ and then this year instead of dropping a CCU between 120-140 they drop a CCU for ship C value 100$ to ship D$120.. and I cant get rid of the feeling if lots of ppl bought 100-120 jumps last year they drop 115-135 so you cant use both ccus.. Anyway thats just my feeling and yes I know you can still pick up some CCUs to conceptships that are likely to increase alot in value when the ship is getting closer to completion..like in 10 years+ (Endeavor, Orion..) It was more wild and RNG back in the days and the 0CCU were tons of fun because you could swap between 2 similar ships to see what you like most.. Now you are forced to spend atleast 5$ for warbond to get any CCU discount. Back in the day you could have a 0 ccu or 5$ccu that suddenly went to 50$ because they did not know the pricing of the ships but now it feels they already know exactly how much a ship will cost in voncept and then live.. say 75 in concept with increase to 95 for live.. in 0 ccu era it was more like these 2 ships seem similar.. then later uh no we need to make the second ship bigger and increase the price with 200$.. And yes it worked both ways.. you could have a to be bought for 5$ then A increased 50$ so the ccu became totally useless.. What do you guys say, is it still worth playing the ccu game?
