I keep getting this "PUSH-TO-TALK NEEDS PERRMISSION" message and I've tried to relaunch it from a shortcut and "Start" list, with no luck. I've also looked at "Task Manager" and "File Explorer" but I'm not sure what needs to be done? What am I missing, where should I go?
