I've recently made a case here on Star Citizen forums about the pernicious distinction between "IRL" that people do vs the Virtual life and how that could muddle the waters on what kind of legislative regulation should be done in one vs the other...this whole topic is a tangent to Star Citizen so feel free to move it off topic if you feel the need, I posted on General because I think it is educative and has more exposure on General!
