To our great community, I have a request that I would wish for you all to consider. Many folks are stuck indoors with the recent events, perhaps more are re-checking out Star Citizen. I would like to suggest for us to adopt a small and easy process which I will layout below. -At Port Olisar (PO for the uninitiated) - Spawn a ship you have but don't intend on using for that particular play session -Take it off the pad, raise the landing gear and unlock it and leave a door open (if relevant) -Leave the ship for others to try The idea here is simply this - let's give access to other ships for those who may not have them. If we as a community could do this during spawn, or when we stop at the port, it would give access for several other citizens to try out other ships that they may be interested in. I have been doing this personally and several people have taken the ships out, flown around, and returned them for others to try. While I do understand some may use this for nefarious reasons - those folks are going to do things like that anyway, regardless. Let me know if you would like to adopt this - as for me, I'm going to personally do this for the foreseeable future. If we could adopt this as a community, or even a portion of us - it would be a REALLY great way for newer players or even seasoned players to explore, try, and use other ships.
