I foresee a problem. Picture this gentleman, if you will: His character wears the default flight suit, and carries the newbie pistol. That's all he ever wears. He has a particular pastime: He loiters around commonly used terminals and waits for someone to come along and use one. While they're in there, he runs up and shoots them in the back of the head. Now, of course he's immediately gunned down. Goes to prison, serves his time. He doesn't care. This is his troll character. It doesn't bother him how much rep he loses, or that he has to go through Death of a Spaceman over and over. To him, this is hilarious. So, two things... 1) If you believe a significant number of these won't exist, you haven't been playing online games very long 2) As far as I can tell, there's nothing in the rules--current or planned--that can stop this guy. What's the plan here?
